Our country, which ended the 44-day Patriotic War with a glorious victory, is now working to ensure the Great Return to the liberated territories. The enemy committed unimaginable acts of vandalism on our lands under their control for 30 years. However, despite the large scale of Armenian vandalism and destruction, Azerbaijan is trying to implement the Great Return to the territories liberated during the Patriotic War in a short time and at a high level. Despite the short time since the end of the war, the start of restoration projects in the liberated territories and the intensive continuation of works confirms this once again. Based on the work done, we can say that life is already returning to the territories liberated from occupation during the Patriotic War. Thus, gasification works were carried out in the Kalbajar district by ELTA DEVELOPMENT company in 2024. The gas line, laid with 530 mm steel pipes, was carried through difficult terrain, cutting through mountains and running over them. All work was carried out at an altitude of 2600 meters above sea level. More than 300 pieces of equipment and nearly 400 personnel were involved in the gasification works. Road opening works of about 130 km were carried out in the area.
